Welcome to the Cape May Towers Condominium and its website.  A brief history of the condominium follows.

The history of Cape May Towers began with its construction in 1967 as luxury apartments.  In 1972, the apartments were converted to condominiums and CC&Rs were recorded.   The Cape May Towers Homeowners Association amended the CC&Rs in 1997.  

The controlled-access complex consists of thirty 1- and 2-bedroom units facing a central patio and swimming pool. Amenities include laundry facilities, recreation room, assigned storage lockers, assigned parking, and a quiet residential atmosphere.

The Condominium’s location in Ocean Beach affords the residents the pleasure of the ocean, its breezes and use, walkability, variety of culinary and beverage opportunities, community activities and transit/freeway possibilities.  Nearby are boutiques, churches, private and public schools, library, shopping, business, live theatre, entertainment, and parks, all of which add to the enjoyment of residing at Cape May Towers.
